Tehilla

Hi I'm Tehilla. I am a Social Worker licensed in the state of New Jersey. I am also a Certified Energy Healer. My passion for this work began on the other side of the therapy room. As a client who experienced much trauma and gained healing through the care and dedication of my therapists, I knew that I wanted to be able to help others achieve deep healing as well. This is what prompted me to pursue a degree in Social Work.

After working with clients in the standard clinic setting, I was introduced to Ayahuasca. I heard of its incredible ability to heal people's traumas, help them gain clarity, and connect them with their intuition and neshama. Upon further research, and let's face it - working through plenty of fears ;) I joined an ayahuasca group to experience this magical sounding tea. Once I experienced the power of psychedelics, I intuitively understood that combined with therapy, this could accelerate the healing process and help people reach deeper places than a once-a-week session ever could.

I started exploring to gain a better understanding of how psychedelics work, the differences between each plant, how they affect people, risks, and benefits.

I believe that all the different healing modalities and therapies that Hashem gave us access to are beautiful tools and each therapist, facilitator, healer has their own unique method to help their clients.

With this mindset - I was able to learn from the many psychedelic facilitators that I encountered, whether it was through a journey with them or simply speaking with them. My approach to psychedelics was shaped through a combination of learning through research, learning from facilitators, and most important of all - my own healing through experiencing many journeys.

Aaron

Hi, I'm Aaron! I feel blessed to be facilitating psychedelics along with my dear wife Tehilla. I love being a part of people's healing journeys, helping them connect to their deepest selves, and achieving true inner peace and happiness.

I’m a musician, and there's nothing like some good live music during the journey! I learned from an expert shaman, and received training from ayahuasca itself, on the intricacies of how to play healing music during a journey, specifically tailored to the energy in the room.

I'm very passionate and connected to psychedelic healing. I experienced very deep trauma & darkness throughout all my childhood years - I was broken, hurt, and lost. I felt numb and totally disassociated from life and self. In my late teenage years, I started to really search and was desperately seeking ‘deep healing’. I wanted to finally experience even a little peace and happiness. I tried everything that I could. I went to 8 years of weekly therapy, working with a few different therapists and with different modalities. I went to 12-step programs, and really worked the 12 steps. I tried throwing myself into gemarah learning for hours, and working on my emunah & bitachon. I tried hours and hours of mindfulness, journaling, meditation and any and every tool that came my way. Nothing was healing my core, nothing was bringing me true inner happiness, nothing was connecting me to my deepest self. And then - Hashem brought me to the world of psychedelics. That's when everything changed!

One step at a time, through many psychedelic journeys, integration and therapy before and after each journey - I finally experienced everything that I had been desperately searching for and craving. I experienced true happiness, healing, and connection. It was really the tool that ‘gave me life’. I feel that it's my mission from Hashem, and a zechus, to be able to share the same healing & light with other beautiful souls in their unique journey!

In addition to psychedelics, I'm deeply connected to Chassidus, and believe that every sector, path and style in Judaism has its own unique purpose. There's no ‘right’ way and there's no ‘wrong’ way - it's about each individual soul connecting to their unique mission and recognizing that we're all in this together & we're all Hashems children :). I feel extremely blessed to be combining the deep healings of Torah and psychedelics!

As a Team

How we met

By the time we met, we each had experienced tremendous healing through psychedelics and were giving back to others in this setting.

Aaron was a musician at psychedelic circles, playing through the night holding space through his beautiful healing music. Tehilla was cooking ayahuasca and facilitating journeys for small groups.

A friend shared Aaron's number with Tehilla and when she contacted him regarding his music and the possibility of him coming to play at a circle, Aaron asked her out on a date instead :)

Yup Hashem has a good sense of humor!

Our Approach

We view ourselves as vessels for Hashem to heal His children. We are not the ones healing, the plants are not the ones healing, it is G-d who is healing - through these channels. We believe that each person has the answers within themselves and the psychedelics are a tool to help you connect to your intuition, to your neshama which will give you the answers and healing that you are seeking.

Our job is to create a safe space both physically and emotionally for you to feel held, supported, and guided.

During your initial consultation we will ask you about your medical history as well as any medications you are currently taking to determine if and which psychedelics are safe for you.

Since psychedelics can alter your state of mind, while on the journey we have physical precautions in place to ensure the safety of everyone present.

We also keep the space emotionally safe by discussing intentions with each client prior to them signing up to the journey, and by keeping groups limited to 6 participants so each person can receive individualized attention.

We also offer one-on-one sessions for individuals or couples that feel they can benefit from a more personalized experience.

Based on the type of journey you are joining, the psychedelic and the setting, each session looks different. Some people are seeking an inward journey where they consume a higher dose, go into themselves and let the psychedelic guide them. Others are looking for a more guided style journey that includes therapeutic aspects such as IFS which can be achieved with a lower dose.
